I think we need a thread where we can gab about Paul's tweets. What do ya think?
Cause after a night of 8 hours quiet sleep I felt quite sorry this morning for our dearest Swanky Man and his sleepless night.
Oh and it is a great place for me to ask you about things I don't understand in his tweets. So, at first does Mikkie D's mean McDonald's? We don't call it that in Germany. It's just McDo or Mac. So do you know what he likes the most? What do ya think? Big Mac or Chicken McNuggests?

a fab lunch at McDonalds? I don't know about Germany but that isn't a fab lunch in the US.

Up early today 4meetin wit accountant! Do they ever have gud news?? Pretty sure Ryan could answer this one for him and pretty sure the answer would be....NO!!!!

Haha! If Ryan was my accountant I would mess up my books every few days just to have him go over the books again and again and again........ lol! Well I better be off to work so I can earn some money to go with that lonely dollar bill under my mattress and so I have some books to mess up.

Don't know what's wrong with his back, but I woudl gladly massage it for him. He didn't mention it today.

Don't know why he went to his accountant, but all's good in the hood, so......

I wonder if in Ireland they have to do yearly taxes and get tax returns the way we do in the states.

Claudi, maybe you can give us a little insight on how it works in Germany...Do you pay an income tax on your salary? If so, do you get a refund for overpayment of taxes?

Laura, yep it is the same here. We pay income taxes and once a year we have tofile a tax declaration. There are some things you can set off against tax liability. And hopefully at the end you get a tax refund.
I guess it is about the same in Ireland. Maybe it is a bit more complicated for the guys cause I doubt they have a monthly income.

I wish money under the mattress was the cause of my back problems And my hip and my right index finger.
I don't need an accountant with the meager pay I get. In it comes and out it goes the same day.

Congrats to Paul and everyone from CT. You did and do a great job!

I'm not complaining I'm just curious why did Paul only thank Canada for the gold and platinum records? Were the record sales only counted in Canada? Or is he referring to something else and I missed the point?

Anyway Congratulations on the Gold and Platinum discs and congrats to all of Celtic Thunder - GREAT job everyone.

We think we know so much about the guys but we really don't have a clue most of the time.

Or maybe as someone suggested, they are so used to all the loving they get when they are on tour, they miss it when they are home. They are just looking for some love.

Staci, I agree with you. No clue what is going on in Irland, but I think he is talking about politics.

I think I do, but I am trying to keep this a politics free zone. I live with politics all day so it is nice to be able to go places and pretend they don't exist.
