Directions for Posting Images

1. If you don't already have a photobucket account, create one. This is free and easy! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

2. Upload your photo to photobucket.

Note: Make sure your photo is sized to no more than 500 pixels wide and no more than 500 pixels tall. If you don't have a program to change this on your own computer, you can change this in photobucket - click on the "edit" link above the photo and then the "resize" button, and then resize height and/or width so that they're under 500 wide and 500 tall. Then click "apply." Then either click "save a copy" to create a new image with the new size, or "replace original" to replace the one you uploaded originally.

3. Return to your album in photobucket.

4. Under your photo you will see four code boxes. Copy the code in the box next to the text that says "Direct Link" - should look something like: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] On Photobucket this is the second selction down from the top of the list.

5. In this forum (here), post a reply to whatever topic you want to post the picture in.

6. Above the text box where you enter text, there is a row of buttons - click on the one that shows a picture, if you hover your house over it you will see it says "Image" and it will insert a beginning and ending tag, with the cursor inserted in between.

7. Paste the code you copied into the space between the start and end tags.

8. Click submit.

That should do it!
