If you check the bottom of the Home page, there is a link for a chat box. that is indeed for a chat room. You have to be a member of this forum to join it as the only way in is through the forum. Which is probably a good thing. This chat room will actually move a bit faster than the CT one, it is IRC based, and yes there are mods.
