Paul's gig in Dublin in February
I was in Dublin in September for Paul's solo gig. As he had to cancel it I wanted to go again in February.
As you know Paul said that his solo gig at the National Concert Hall in Dublin is resheduled for February 17th. And indeed it was at their website for about a week but you couldn't book any tickets, then they removed it from the shedule at all. Did Paul mention something during the tour about this gig? He didn't at myspace or twitter. Does it have to be cancelled because of the promo of "It's Entertainment"? Does anyone know something? Thanks!!

I'm not sure what's going on with that... I've certainly not heard of it being cancelled, but I've not heard of it being ON either. lol I don't see a reason for it to be cancelled for the promo tour... their first date isn't till Feb 27th, so he could easily do his show and still have plenty of time to be in the States for the promos.

Re: Paul's gig in Dublin in February
Current news I have heard is Feb 12th. You may want to call the Venue. I know last time tickets were only available through the venue, and it sold out. I also wouldn't be surprised if everyone who had tickets to his previous show is already being offered tickets to this one as a replacement. So it may already be sold out.
Re: Paul's gig in Dublin in February
Thanks Staci, Did you hear anything about at which venue the gig will be. I checked the National Concert Hall Dublin but there is "fabulous violinist Baiba Skride" playing on Feb 12th.
You are right last time I got my ticket through the venue but everyone who had tickets for the gig in September got the money back (I did) so there is no replacement, I think. And his name doesn't appear on the schedule. Maybe I'm doing something wrong...I'm bemused...

Yep, that's the tweet I know and the gig indeed was scheduled at the National Concert Hall. It was there for one week but you couldn't book tickets, then it dissapeared. Haven't got an answer to my email to the Concert Hall.
Mysterious... Anyway, thanks for the info and your help.

maybe now that he is back from the cruise he will say something about it in a tweet or a blog.
Re: Paul's gig in Dublin in February
Yeah, you are right. Maybe we will hear something from Paul himself now.
Re: Paul's gig in Dublin in February
The guys don't come to the states until April so there is plenty of time for something between now and then.
Re: Paul's gig in Dublin in February

THANKS STACI!

I meant March. Sorry. I am working on Finance stuff for work and chatting here. They might be over on the 27th, as that is the last day of Feb. I know Damo said something about them doing stuff in Ireland until March to promote CT.

Jojo's is correct. The first PBS promo stops are on February 27th. So I imagine they'll be flying over here sometime that week.

Re: Paul's gig in Dublin in February
We have not heard anything more about his concert but he did have a gig he said on the 10th of Feb. Don't know if that was the BIG one or not.
Yesterday on MySpace all he wrote was "disappointed". Have no idea why.
Wish he would at least say something.
I am what some of us call a Mama Bear, old enough to be his mother so I do worry about him.
