Faye, I agree with you. It's fantastic. Do you have a favorite song? Mine is "A Nightingale Sang On Berkley Square". I love that song, it's so romantic... *sigh*

RE: Velvet
I just got Velvet in the mail today. I'm sitting here listening to it as I type. I love it all but OH MY GOSH! Paul, Mario Lanza would be so impressed with your rendition of "Be My Love"! It is absolutely beautiful. It's a good thing that I can type this because I wouldn't be able to speak. I have tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat as BIG as your talent! Thank You!

P.S. When I was a kid my Mom and I would go to a little run down Movie Theater and watch old movies mostly old musicals for $2. I thought Mario Lanza was a fabulous Irish Tenor. He didn't look Irish but with a name like Mari O'Lanza he had to be Irish. Didn't he?

One of my favorites is "Without a Song". It makes me think of Paul and feel so happy to have found him.
Anyone else have a favorite from "Velvet"?

Re: VELVET by Paul Byrom
you know... I bought Velvet for my daughter back in 2008, after our first CT show and we became thunderheads. I listened to it, of course, and enjoyed it. But she has it stocked away somewhere in that mess of her room (she listens to it, I know) and I never get to hear it. I keep telling her she needs to bring it out for me to put on my iPod, now that I have one, but I really ought to just go to CD Baby and get my own copy. The Christmas one I got her as well, but she was content to keep it with all our Christmas CD's. I really love that one.
